I accept a scholarship position for English week at Mendocino Woodlands! I realize that I will need to arrive early to camp on June 30 to help set up (as outlined in the Scholarship Letter), as well as stay after the closing of camp on July 7. I am willing to help with daily bathroom cleaning and/or other pre-arranged specialty tasks (e.g. Sound Equipment operation, Dance Hall Floor maintenance).

I’m glad we are able to help you attend English Week this year, and hope your scholarship camp experience will be a good one. Please contact me if you have questions or concerns about your scholarship work. If you need to cancel for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible. I look forward to seeing you at camp.

Sincerely,
Chrissy
Scholarship Crew Coordinator

Please note: Almost all scholarship jobs will involve daily cleaning of bathrooms. (We use unscented, natural cleaning products.) There will be a bit of lifting, some of it relatively heavy, in striking camp and loading the truck on the last day of camp.

1. Do you have any allergies we should know about?
2. Do you have physical limitations? (lifting, etc.)
3. Is there anything else we should know that might affect your scholarship work?
