Registration:

Welcome to the online registration form.  You can fill it out online, or print and mail a copy to the Playford Ball registrar.  However, please be aware that the date of registration will be the date your check is actually received.  Please make checks out to "BACDS" and mail to: Playford Ball, c/o Susan Jensen, 1031 Los Trancos Road, Portola Valley, CA 94028.  Any questions?  Just contact us.

If you prefer hardcopy, you can also print out our registration flyer (legal or letter size) which includes a schedule of related events.

Please submit no more than two people per registration.
