Hey Days - August 19-26, 2012
2012 campers, at the end of Hey Days please fill out our online evaluation form. This will help our program director as she creates next years' program. It will also help our committee as we plan the other aspects of the Hey Days experience.
Come join us August 19-26, 2012 for Hey Days, the 32nd annual BACDS English Country Dance and Music Week. Our beautiful facility is the Bishop's Ranch in the scenic wine country of northern California. We look forward to a wonderful week of dancing, music-making, singing, and merry abandon, all in the comfort of a first class retreat facility.
We offer classes in historic and contemporary English country dance, display dance, music, and song. We promise a program that will challenge and delight both new and experienced participants complete with campers’ night, pool parties, and a daily gathering for campers and staff to share hidden talents.
Throughout the day you’ll have ample opportunities for both learning and leisure, with time to explore new skills and enjoy new friends. At night there will be more dancing, plus opportunities for after-hours diversions.
Hey Days will open at 5:00 pm on Sunday August 19. Dinner will be served that evening and will be followed by a dance. The week will close at 10:00 am, after breakfast on Sunday, August 26.
