How to Register for the Full Weekend (Three Ways)

The cost is $180, which includes a catered dinner Saturday night and delicious snacks all weekend long. Young Adult rate (ages 18-30) is on a sliding scale of $85 to $160, Youth rate (ages 12-17) is $30. Work trade discounts are also available: $90-off for 4 hours of work (i.e. $90 to register).

When you have completed your online registration, you will get an automated email that your form was received.

To make your payment online, use the link which will also be provided when you submit registration. If you have already registered but not paid, you may go directly to the Online Payment page. (A convenience fee of about 2.5% will be charged for online payments.)

Once the registrar has both the registration form and payment, you will get a separate email from us within a few days welcoming you to Balance the Bay.

Other Registration Info

 Who Gets In

There is no lottery and no gender balancing, so sign up early to secure your space. Registrations will be recorded in order of receipt. Registration is not complete until payment is received.

 Work-Trade

We can provide a partial discount if you're willing to help out (and miss some dancing): $90 for 4 hours of work. Work-traders should expect to plan their work-trade commitment with our coordinator in advance of the weekend.

If you are interested in more work for a bigger discount, let us know on your registration form or email us and we will get in touch.

 Cancellation / Refund Policy

• Through July 12, we will refund your registration amount minus a $20 cancellation fee ($10 for youth).
• No refunds after July 12 unless we can fill your slot.
