"Topsy Turvy"
Broccoli – 2 bunches
Cauliflower – 1 large head
Red and yellow grape or cherry tomatoes – 2-3 # each
Clean and cut into bite-size pieces. Ideally, for the broccoli and
cauliflower, the stem-end would look like the tip of a top, with the
flower part being the main body of the top.
