PlayFood: Curried Chutney Balls

"Indian Cream"
From 365 Snacks, Hors D'oeuvres, & Appetizers
50 balls

4 oz coconut
8 oz cream cheese
4 t mango-ginger chutney
1 1/2 t garam masala

Spread coconut on large baking sheet and toast in 350 over until brown.
Cool and chop.

If chunky, chop chutney.  Cream together cream cheese, chutney, and garam masala.
Refrigerate for an hour or until mixture is firm enough to handle.

Roll mixture into 1/2" balls.
Roll balls in chopped coconut.
