"The Scooped Cup" 15 cucumbers 24 oz herb & garlic cream cheese Slice end off of cucumber. With melonballer, scoop out cavity. Slice off newly formed cup. Repeat until you run out of cucumber. With pastry bag, fill the cavities with cream cheese. Bill's note: The cream cheese is easier to pipe if you pipe it at room temperate and use a large nozzle. Yield: -ISO
