San Francisco Contra Weekend Cancellation Policy

We look forward to your participation in Balance the Bay! If for some reason, you need to cancel your registration, kindly let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the dance weekend — by Friday, July 31, 2009 — will incur a $10 administrative processing fee. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund registrations after Friday, July 31, 2009. We will, however, consider unusual emergency situations such as medical or family reasons.

Updated Policy

If you cancel after July 31, and we can fill your place from the waiting list, we will refund your registration fee, less a $30 administrative fee.
