Registration:

Welcome to the online registration form.  You can fill it out online, or print it mail a copy to the Playford Ball registrar.  However, please be aware that the date of registration will be the date your check is actually received.  Please make checks out to "BACDS" and mail to: Playford Ball, c/o Annette Kindred, 2326 McGee Avenue, Berkeley, CA 94703-1624.  Any questions?  Just contact us.

If you prefer hardcopy, you can also print out our registration flyer which includes a schedule of events on the back.  (Note - it's legal size, but will reduce nicely)

Please submit no more than two people per registration.
