Balance the Bay Cancellation Policy

We look forward to your participation in Balance the Bay! If you need to cancel your registration, let us know as soon as possible. Registrations are not transferable.
If you cancel:

by July 12 we will refund your registration fee, minus a $25 administrative processing charge.
from July 13-26 and we can fill your place from the waiting list, we will refund your registration fee, minus a $25 charge.
after July 26 and we can fill your place from the waiting list, we will refund your registration fee, minus a $40 processing charge.

Donations and T-shirt sales are not refundable.
