Balance the Bay Cancellation Policy

We look forward to your participation in Balance the Bay! If for some reason, you need to cancel your registration, kindly let us know as soon as possible. Please note that registrations are not transferable. If you cancel at least four Weeks prior to the dance weekend — by Friday, July 13, 2012 — we will refund your registration fee, less a $25 administrative processing charge. If you cancel after July 13, and we can fill your place from the waiting list, we will also refund your registration fee, less the $25 charge. If you cancel after July 27, the processing charge goes up to $40. If you cancel after July 13 and we cannot fill your place, we cannot refund your fee. We will, however, consider relaxing these rules for unusual emergency situations such as medical or family reasons. Donations and T-shirt sales (as opposed to registration fees) are not refundable.
